if your appliance is emptying via a standpipe check that the emptying hose is not pushed down too far causing syphoning , the end of the hose must be higher than the level of water in the base of the machine and must have an air break where it enters the standpipe. if its connected via a sink connection check that its not blocked with grease etc. also check that the spray arms jets are clear and that they are rotating when washing. position them in any given point let the machine wash for a minute and re check to see if they have moved, if not they are either restricted by something in the shelves or by a blockage by a piece of broken glass etc on the way up from the wash pump which must be traced
