Faulty flush?

My new apartment has two toilets both with the same fault. When flushing (either small or larger flush) it japs small droplets of foul water over the lip of the bowl on to the floor. What is causing this fault and what is the remedy?

Don't know can't see it.

if the bowl fills when flushed you have a blockage in pipes and try drain rod with the plung disc and don't try raming it around the bend in bowl you'll go through the back mostly you punge it up and down in outlet in bowl and usually will build up a bit of presure to clear.

however if new as in brand new just been built then it may be construction debris/cement/plaster has been flushed down toilet hasn't cleard and solidified so think that would be builders problem. check if other apartments have same problem.
