How to remove tap head to replace washer?

1960's cold water tap on sink dripping.
Green plastic cap removed but underneath there is no screw. It looks like some sort of flat clip that is flush with the internal surface and it is therefore impossible to lift off. As I can't get the head off, I can't get at the washer. How can I remove the head ?

Panic over ! The stupid thing just pulls off as I found out after breaking the green plastic button on the top.
There is no screw to undo, the handle just prised up and off. Washer now changed - job sorted.
