Open the drawer and look at the rear on the left hand side (usually) there will be a lever with a dimp for your finger in the middle of it, press this down without too much force and at the same time just pull the drawer out, all this is doing is releasing a catch from the top of the drawer and hey presto it should work and when replacing it either do the same or a gentle push and it will click into place.
