First try to remove broken key, turn it with a small screwdriver so it is vertical then if you have a second key put that in the other side and tap it with small hammer, broken key should pop out so you can grip it.
The barrel is held in with one screw on edge of door (door needs to be open) remove this screw then to pull it out you need to turn key to 1 oclock or 11 oclock depending which side you are, then pull out
