Keep getting error code E10 around 15 min into programme when running the machine. Water inlet is fine and we don't have limescale so what could it be? However, pressing start button sets machine off running again to completion of wash.

let the machine fill up with water (empty) and then turn the appliance OFF and watch the water level.If it starts to drop you have a syphoning issue.this is usually due to the fact that the drain hose is pushed too far down the waste pipe.only put about 8-12" of the drain hose in to the waste pipe to stop the syphoning effect
