Hi Icemaker does not make ice .It did make ice when I poured water in the tray.I replaced the filter just recently . Idid n”t use the ice maker and ice maker for about 8 months.I do get water. When I pressed for ice I could hear the water coming up .Would it work if I turned the refig. off for a few hours? The make Frigidaire Gallery Series Model GLRSF236J thanks Phil

We had the same problem with ours. There is a tube that goes in the back of the frig that may be stopped up . You can check this from the inside of the frig. I also found out that ice will not make if the lever on the side of the ice box is in the off position.Our is off if it is pressing up it needs to be in the lowered position. it will stop making ice when the box is full.
