vokera excell 96e?

i have reciently changed the pump head on my boiler and it fires up but after about 10 seconds goes to lock out,, why is this? it has had new dump valve and diaphrams

You need to establish why it goes to lockout. Several things can cause this, dirt on the flue venturi making the dps drop out being one.
