How do you "refresh" the bosch 5400 washer?

Just had washer set up and about to run it for the first time. There is an E: error with no numbers after it

Try turning power off & unplug at wall for a few minutes. If same thing when you plug back in then either refer to the user book or if it is a new machine call the shop & get them to sort it under warranty.
