my fridge freezer has one thermostat. When switched on at the plug it clicks and the light inthe fridge is on but the fridge or freezer are not getting cold. no noise as if the motor is not working.
It is a blomberg fridge freezer

Im sure you have a problem with your compressor.Behind and bottom of your fridge there is a compressor and a plastic cover remove the cover and there is a relay which i think is burnt be careful to remove the plug from the mains and if i were you i will get somebody to check for you it could be minor but it canbe dangerous so be careful.If its not relay then i think it can be a compressor or a thermostat.
