What's wrong???

I had a service on my gas fire 3 weeks ago by B GAS. It now appears that their is no supply to the gas fire in the living room but everything else works perfectly. What's wrong?????

My guess is that when B Gas did there checks they turned off the supply to the living room in another part of the house.
Suggest that you call them back to put it right
