"LOCKED10" means that 10 invalid attempts to enter the code have been made.
You can get 3 additional attempts to enter the code. Please note that this procedure is intended for Ford dealers. If you use these 3 attempts up, you will not be able to unlock the radio again. Your dealer most likely will not be able to unlock the radio when it says "LOCKED13". Therefore be careful when entering the code.
To get the 3 additional attempts:
1. Turn the radio OFF.
2. Press and hold the '6' button. Do not release it.
3. Turn the radio ON. Continue to hold the '6' button until you see "CODE".
