how do i switch the water temp. down?

i have an ideal classic LXFF FF boiler and need to switch the water temp down as its absolutely boiling not sure where/or what to touch and advice greatly appreciated

on the hot water cylinder there is a thermostat you can adjust it usually has a small dial it's this that controls hot water temp
