my boiler will not always start. when the external time clock activates the system the boiler tries to go through its process then locks out and the green reset light glows. no other warning lights operate. after turning the control knob to off and then on again it works correctly and heats the water and cuts in and out correctly. has anybody got any ideas of what is wrong
