Resetting a Beko WME7267?

Hi,hoping someone can help please? Have the above washing machine, less than 18 months old and the drum is not going round. Had someone out and the pump is fine,as is the bushes and motor. He thinks it needs resetting.Does anyone know how to do this please? Tried switching on and off and did get E11 code at one point. The next time I tried it,the display just continually flashes. Thanks in advance :-)

Did you get the machine fixed?

I have the same problem, mine is 2 years old. I suspect the heating element has failed on mine, but not getting the drum going round at all makes me suspect something more as well. Pump is fine, motor seems fine and turns smooth.

To Reset I do this and I also get the E11 fault code
Turn the machine off
Set the program knob so it is on Cottons
Press the Start Button and keep pressed
Turn on The machine while keeping the start button pressed
Keep the start button pressed for about 10 seconds
Release start button (This is where I see the E11 code)
press again and all the lights flash
press again seems to stop the lights flashing.
