classixx 6 1200 won't dispense softener?

machine works but on occasion won't dispense the liquid softener, at the end of the wash cycle, the centre tray of the dispenser is still full

It's nice for a change, to see someone with a bit of common sense. You had a trawl through other similar problems and sorted it out yourself. It's a pity that more people can't try to solve their problems with a bit of forthought.

had a trawl through other similar problems, so decided the bit above the tray needed attention, got there in the end, just needed a good de gunk, though was worth taking to bits to do a proper job.
