i have just changed the battery on my renault megane coupe but cant get any display to show on dash, the radio seems to be working as it is beeping when buttons are pressed, could you please help

hi post the numbers/letters from below the main barcode
something like 7700xxxxxxtt123 or 8200xxxxtt123 or
the security code like Q123 or T0U123
