Glow-Worm 60ff Boiler pressure gauge?

Hi.........

Last week my water pump died and a few days ago began to hear banging sounds through the pipes in the house so turned the boiler off. Am wondering if the 2 are connected? Can only imagine that there is not enough water in the system as the radiators weren't getting very hot either. I went to check the pressure on the boiler but there is no gauge??? and I don't understand why... all other boilers I've had have had one. I found a pipe above the boiler that has been leaking and have tightened it up....... any idea's? what should I do?

no need to be rude... it is a combi and apparently the pump is for the shower....... anyway British gas have sorted it out now. Thanks

it's not a combi surely you've noticed the hot water cylinder, pump and valves etc. and how do you expect anything to work without a pump
