Where can I buy a new switch?

The front panel on/off switch on my Packard Bell desktop has failed i.e. it won't latch 'on' anymore.
The nos. on the tower label are X11-45374 (model?) and 6982390000. I haven't been able to find any company offering this type of spare for sale.
