Fisher & paykel Dishdrawer?

I have determined my dishdrawer is not draining properly on either unit. If I clean out the remaining water it will go straight into fill and wash but if I leave any ( its not a lot ) it then takes 10 mins to get to fill section after filling draining over and over do I need to replace the whole Motor rotor or are the plastic fins replaceable on their own?

Well well this is odd to say the least as I got a broken dishdrawer same design but it seems 3 years younger than mine I replaced both Rotor units and filters and spray arms as they were different now the bottom unit runs perfect and the top still fills and drains before filling and washing there is nothing wrong with the drain pipes have cut them to length so there was no excess pipe in the waste what else can I do?

I agree they are not cheap the best price to the UK is about £40 which in the grand scheme of things is not bad, I really like the machine and want to keep it as long as I can.
I will get 1 and post my results.
Thank you :)

Try buying one to start with and swap it from one drawer to the other and see if it improves the drain on both before committing to buying two because yes they are quite expensive.

Hello there and thank you for replying. I know it seems odd that both motors should play up but the fins on the bottom of the rotor are pretty beat up I think shards of glass or something sharp got in the sump as they look chewed up and have rough edges have cleaned them up as best I can and tried to smooth them out but it seems they do not want to empty as quickly as it did, Have tried to clean the pipes unable to find anything also have relocated the machine and given it its very own drain pipe which both pipes go into seperately as before they were together connected to the sink trap. I just assume its the pumps but its a shame as you say they are all in one thats going to be expensive I guess. Thank you once again for your help.

Don't you think it a bit strange that both drawers should suddenly have problems draining at the same time. The chances that both drian motors have gone bad is pretty remote. More likely to be a blockage or problem with the drain pipe set up. Maybe too long a hose or too high above the drawer for the pump to push the water. The whole rotor has to be replaced. The fins come as part of the rotor.
