Dualit 84009?

My 84009 has not been used for a while, the pump runs but no water seems enter machine to flow out to fill the cups.
Ive checked the fillter that goes in the water vessel thats clear
Can anyone tell me how to solve it please

When testing the machine (without coffee)I am getting small black grains in the cup. I have cleaned the brew head so no grains from there. Wonder if its deterioration in the boiler have flushed through machine many times.

You need to take it to bits using a securtity torx bit (T20) and look inside the head. It possible that the plumbing is damaged.

Do you hear water being heated up?
Perhaps the water heater is broken too.
