This is a problem with my baxi 80 Eco that was installed with all new rads in 2002. My heating can be set to minimum however whenever it's on the radiators are kicking out heat as if it is set to maximum! As well as the we're having to run the taps slower to get the really hot water upstairs. is there a specific part that could be causing this? Please help!!
