I have a Bosch WFF2001 washing machine. The drum is very noisy and unstable during spin cycle. With the machine switched off it is very easy to move the drum backwards and forwards by hand as if the drum is not properly secured.
Is the drum stabilised with dampers/shock absorbers or is there a spring.
