how can ifix my cd player on a ford 4500 rdseon?

my radio works fine but when i put a cd in it says play for about 10 seconds and then reads cd error e 24

Hi pal, I have got the same problem with a stereo I have just bought off Ebay. From other forums they suggest trying a CD lens cleaner. I am off to buy one today and see if it works. Will let you know either way!!
