how do i reset my computer to fatory reset?
i have tried f8 f11 it brings up other user the ask for password and user name i dont know these. pls help.

tapping on f8 when the pc is booting up should take you to the boot up list, and you can pick safe mode, for start up, then you can go to (system restore) , but system restore is not the same as factory reset" you need the (recovery disk )that should of came with that pc to do this, but try system restore first,you can try (ADMIN) for password,
