When I tried to play a programme from my planner the screen froze, I could not stop the programme or get back to normal sky TV. The only way to get out of this was to turn the TV off. Unfortunately I now can't get past standby. I have tried the systems reset- nothing- the green circular light does not come on. Any ideas or is my sky knackered?
