Sky+ stuck on standby?

Tried reset with backup, tried reset with left and right arrows, nothing is working. Do i need a new box?

Shaun if it is a Thompson box they have a fault with the power supply that causes this problem. It is fixable but you might want to look at either replacing the power supply or getting another box.
