Am on pre paid meter ldidnt know that there was no enough money so my boiler went off lf l switch it on it show s that its on but that noise is not coming and the water and radiators are not warm.

If it's a rented property then the landlord is responsible to fix the boiler.

On most modern boilers - when the timer/programmer calls for heat a fan runs - you can usually hear it.

If your gas is on a pre-paid meter and there's no credit then the boiler will try to light but little will happen - the start up sequence will fail.
