How do I get the HDMI screen up first ???

Since I've had Sky HD my Samsung tv has been a pain.
When I switch on the set.... I have to hit the ' source ' button 4 times until the HDMI screen comes on...
How can I get it so that when I switch tv on, I get a picture straight away on HDMI
