The best way is to encourage the grass to grow and thrive. So rake out the moss and let the grass take over. Otherwise try chemicals.
Moss usually thrives in wet conditions and in shade where the lawn doesn't dry out so well. Could you redesign your lawn and make a path in areas prone to moss.
