we have a vokera eclips when its get hot it cutout i think it trys to start up through its sequence & will not re-ignite its trys 2or3 times & then cuts out & flashes 2.02 & then we have to leave it for 20 to 30 minute before reset works for water & heating & this last for 20 minute or so can anyone help ?

2 02 is no flame detected.
This could be an issue with the gas valve or electrode, but a more likely cause would be condense failing to clear the boiler properly, this would be consistent with your 20-30 minute period of operation, followed by the same sort of 'downtime'.

Check the condense trap and pipework to ensure it's clear.
