I have a Xerox XRX-8X, purchased in 2004 or 2005. It has worked fine till now. I oiled the gears as I usually do and now it won't run the paper through and is stuck on the "Forward" and "Auto" will not work. I can hear it grinding but the paper now is not being accepted. Auto won't turn on at all. It does reverse and am able to switch back to Forward. The gears are not turning inside. It has been well taken care of, never abused, cleaned and oiled. The gear does not sound right. Is there a place in Las Vegas that I can take it to be looked at?
