charger will not charge green light will not come on

Hi.

I have a jcbd-cd18c and when I attempt to charge it the green light is always on. Does that mean the battery is dead and has to be replaced. I have tried the reset button but does not have any affect.

I know exactley what it is.
You will have to take the six screws off at the bottom.
one is different from the rest.
Inside you will see on the circuit board there is a little fuse.
Guarenteed this has blown.
just replace and all will be well.
