beko eco care washing machine ?

i have the brisk or slab that has disloged itself underside of my washer machine ans a little water so think maybe stabalizer brick maybe fallen on pipe as the brick at underside of machine is totally not attached anymore and machine ended up at other end of my kitchen , help
