how can I fix my printer?

I have changed out my ink and my letters are still coming out of the printer fuzzy looking.

Suzie, there should be a tool in the computer >Control Panel>Printers to clean the printheads and align the printheads.
It might show up under something like 'Advanced' or something like that.
