How to get water pressure back into home?

We have a spring house, had replaced pump last yr. Heavy rains we cleaned out bottom of tank so water could flow to home. Our tank is full plenty of water. A PVC pipe carries the water up hill to home. We have no water pressure in our tank in crawl space. No water in sinks/toilet/shower. Usually sediment will build up but within 2 days we have water, this is the longest 4 days without. Can you suggest. Called plumbers and have not gotten call backs. Desperate for help.

Thanks for answering. The pump burnt out because the tank was not filled due to dirt blocking. Cleaned out dirt
from tank and cleared blockage also purchased an new pump. My advice for anyone that has same system check once a month to make sure water is in the tank. Just because pressure shows it is fine you could be running water from your water tank. Plumber plus cost of pump $500, costly lesson learned.

Either the pump is not working or the feed pipe is blocked
