Geberit inlet valve is continually flushing in V&B toilet. How can I fix it?

I have a Villeroy and Bosch Dual flush toilet. After about a year of installation the Geberit inlet valve started to allow more water into the cistern i.e. it didn't cut off completely when the water reached the right level. This overflowed into the basin. As we have a water meter and a cess pit we need to control the waste of water. How can I fix it?

If you take out the inlet valve and have a look you may found the clear silicon diaphagm is cracked. You need to replace the diaphagm in the let valve to fix the leak. But the cost of this little diaphagm is ludicrous $32 from tradelink (apprently you need to buy the assembly together with this blue arm). Good luck, I decised to change the whole inlet valve cost less than $20 from burnings and the future replacement 'parts' are much cheaper. The original valve is a rip off!!
