My Hotpoint wd63 wont drain water?

Ive cleared the filter, changed the pump and the water is still not draining properly, nothing happens at all. Ive had this problem before and if I remember correctly the repair guy said power wasnt getting to a certain point and fixed it. Im reluctant to get him out again because Ive had other unrelated issues with the guy. How could I try and locate the fault?

the problem with the power going hard in the tubes, is when the water is going through the power draw, and then into the drum, it can block up the tubs going into the drum, not going out so much, take the machine out , turn it over ,, try takeing the gray outlet hose off , check it for blockage, put it into a tap run some water through it, make sure its not bent along it, make sure its higher that the drum when its in , it must go up and then down, .also check were it goes out to the back into the stand pipe , put a opened hanger down it,, it cant be hard to find the problem, its only water in, and water out.something slowing it down from the drum to the outlet pipe,
