I assume you actually mean you would like to know the mixture screw settings?
Firstly do you have an 018 or a 180 as you seem to contradict yourself.
Assuming the carb fitted to this basic saw does have mixture adjustment screws (later ones don't) then screw them both in until lightly seated, Then unscrew one to one and a quarter turns. This is the initial set-up settings. Once started fine tune as necessary.
