my uvpc window lock is stuck and wont unlock,the handle will move to open but one side lock wont unlock.what do i do

If you have shootbolts, one could be catching keep you may have to deglaze & rattle sash about.

try takeing the handel off, to get at the works" , and use a screwdriver,, ect , to turn it, to open the window, then you can see what the problem is,it might be that one side of the catch has come off the handel, take a good look at it , and you will see how it works , to fix it,
