i have a vokera linea 24 boiler will not provide hot water?

i try to run hot water but the boiler keeps shutting down only warm water then cold.. the manual not much help can somebody help me please?? pressure is fine as the radiators work fine nice in hot!!

may be your hot water heat exchanger is dirty, next to pump, we call it sadin can look like drain system undo and clean with sprit of salt
