Samsung Cooltech Fridge SR385NTS fan?

I have a Samsang Cooltech fridge model number SR385NTS. The cross flow fan at the back of the fridge has stopped moving, the motor is trying to turn the fan blade but is unable to, it sounds like the thread connecting the blade to the motor is stripped. The fridge makes quite a loud noise when trying to turn the fan. The fridge also seems to be very cold even when set to a moderate setting Is there anywhere I can get a repair manual or a diagram on how to remove the panel surrounding the fan so that I can get a better look at what is going on?

I had same problem. Removed the cover for the lights and there is a screw holding a small cover with some wires going into it. After taking out the screw, rotate the cover down to expose the 2 wires powering the air flow blades. I disconnected one of these (the connectors are insulated) and this cut the power to the blades so now there is no more noise, but also no air flow. Not sure how much air flow there was as the blades turned very slowly anyway. Good luck.
