The short answer is you can't. After all lino is fancy plastic.

You can try cutting the section out and replacing it with a matching piece of lino. Just make sure you use plenty of good glue for the edges so they don't lift and you don't fall over them. If your replacing make sure you put plenty of weight on the piece and joins. If possible make the joins near corners or under stoves, fridges etc.
