How to fix pressure?

I asked how and the answer Maurice gave is not correct I don't think you read my ? right. The water pressure upstairs has been decreasing for over 9 months now. It affects every tap, kitchen, tub, bathroom sink etc. It affects ALL taps, and affects both HOT and COLD, not just cold. Water co. says all is right up to the house, and downstairs taps are all good pressure. How can i increase the pressure to ALL upstairs taps, or how do I check to see what might cause decrease in pressure. Please some one out there should have an answer. I know I can't be the only one to ever have this happen. In dire need of solution.

i presume you have a combi and i think you're confusing pressure with flow rate easy way to check is to turn upstairs tap on and try to block the spout with your finger if the water spurts out despite your efforts to stop it then you have pressure but poor flow (usually caused by old or blocked pipes) i had the same problem i couldn't have upstairs and downstairs tap on at the same time as far as i know the water board only have to legally supply water at a minimum agreed pressure so as far as they are concerned everything is ok so basically its try to establish the flow rate of your mains supply(the water board should have checked this) and go from there
