There is a loud metallic rattling sound during the spin cycle on my Zanussi Aquacycle washing machine; it sounds as though it would do damage if left to complete the cycle. I think the drum may be too loose, but there seems no way to get at it. Any suggestions? Thanks

May be the bearings have gone to test this open the door place your fingers on the inside edge of the door seal near the drum now place your other four fingers flat on the inside edge of the drum and gently lift the drum up towards you if it moves more than an inch upwards then the bearings are worn and you"ll need a new rear half tub and a drum cheaper to buy a new washer
