Airbag light just keeps flashing had it in garage once and was charged a lot, but it came on again soon after.

Had the same problem with my 04 tino ,cured it by making sure the electrical snap connector under the drivers seat( near - to the inner runner) was secure,seems it works slightly loose over time when the seat is slid back and forth if you change drivers a lot .
It does eventually come back on again after a few months,just waggle the connections again.
