it is suppose to be plug and play, in my case the software loads but not the drivers,it will not reconize the scanner, it says there is not enough bandwidth, it says go to DMS , some people are complaining that the scanner is just a problem, not worth the trouble, but i may in up stuck with this piece of problem, any fixes..
