Resetting my Beko WMA 17155 washing machine?

My Beko WMA 17155 washing machine has stopped mid cycle, the only light illuminated is the door open button, this has happened before and was reset by a service service engineer, does anyone know how to reset this machine before I need another service engineer.

unplug machine for 2 hours then put full load in on a normal wash this should reset machine dont get anyone out before you try this as i had same prob and this fixed it
