Have Freestar 2005 car with CD Cassette Radio, was playing CD, when tape eject went on. Can't play CD or Can't put tape in. Purchase same new complete radio system, installed it and not 2 hours later CD will not come out and tape eject word stays on. Can't put cassette in or play. Spent $200.00 for new player and paid a friend to install it for me and now that's not working. What can I do???? I'm so upset!!!! HELP
