How can I fix my Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine?

The Wash enhance & final spin lights are flashing on my Hotpoint Aquarius w/machine. Have checked filter but its not blocked. What does this mean?

We can test/repair the main module for you (module is in plastic box in the back of the machine). Repair is £49.90+vat plus postage of £5+vat.
